When changing over, we recommend starting on an empty stomach & feed 2 - 3 times per day. Do no feed with any other food and follow your Veterinarian's instructions regarding medications & supplements.

Ingredients: Whole Ground freeze or naturally dried Barley Greens, Watercress,Broccoli, Spinach, Red Apple, natural source Lycopene (from tomato skin ‘natures powerful anti-oxidant’), Blueberries, Cranberries, Natural Calcium Carbonate, Almond (stabilized), Celery, Sacchromyces Cerivisiae, Flax Meal, Carrot, Sweet Potato, Norwegian Sea Kelp, Carob, Parsley, Alfalfa, Garlic, Ginger Root, Thyme, Dill.

This recipe makes approx. 10 cups of food

In a Bowl Mix Together:

1 cup ESSEX COTTAGE FARMS SPECIAL C SUPPORT BASE MIX

1/2 cup Water

2 Eggs (use Omega 3 eggs if possible)
1/2 tbsp. Sunflower Oil (or Corn or Soya oil) 1/2 cup pureed Pumpkin or Squash
1 cup pureed raw Broccoli

1/4 cup pureed raw Red Cabbage
1/2 cup pureed Blueberries (fresh or frozen blueberries, not sweetened)

2 cup (1 lb.) Salmon, Mackerel or Tuna
2 cups (1 lb.) ground Lamb
**It is best to 'juice' the vegetables & fruits**

Mix well & Bake Covered: 350F for 30-45 min. (15-20 min. HIGH- Microwave) Cool
Drizzle 1/4 cup Flax, Salmon or other Fish oil evenly over top. Prepared food MUST BE REFRIGERATED, it will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. Extra serving potions can be frozen. *For Feeding Raw: Feed cooked for 3 month, then gradually change to raw if you wish.*

It is absolutely critical to keep sugars & excess carbohydrates out of your dog's diet. Do not feed commercial treats, other dog foods, or table scraps. If you would like to feed treats, feed small tidbits of cooked meat or egg. Limit treats. Have your Veterinarian monitor your dog's progress.

WITH MEALS: You can also feed 1 tbsp. fresh Broccoli Sprouts (pureed or finely chopped) per 10 lb. dog weight with each meal. You can find fresh broccoli sprouts in the produce section of most grocery stores. Do not overfeed. If your dog gets soft stools you may be overfeeding, reduce portions. Do not let your dog get fat.
